One of the most famous and prized coffees available, the Yirgacheffe we buy from Oromia is light, aromatic and floral, with a delicious gingery sweetness. Unlike Harar, Yirgacheffe is grown in a damper climate and is wet rather than dry processed making for more cleaner, more distinct profiles.
It is perfect for plunger, filter and pour over. Or you can come into our café in Kingsland and try it at our new Atomic Brew Bar!
